The living room is at the front of the apartment, where light from the tall colonial Dutch windows reflects off the hand-restored wide-board floors. Past the decorative fireplace, the renovated kitchen and dining nook look out on the backyard through a split Dutch door. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with a queen memory foam mattress on a steel frame, and a modern bathroom with a heated towel rack.

The apartment has separate programmable thermostats for upstairs and downstairs, a small Roku TV, and fast fiber optic internet. For little ones, there's a pack 'n play, a high chair, and a bouncer seat.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 5 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 5 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 24 hours away at time of booking.
