The bathroom and kitchen are newly renovated, with much of the woodwork milled from pine and maple trees from the backyard. The bedroom has a queen bed, and there's a sleeper sofa in the living room. The apartment's below-grade spot means it's cool in the summer (with a portable air conditioner in the living room) and cozy in the winter (heated by hot water radiators), and has an in-unit washer/dryer and fast fiber optic internet.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 5 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 5 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 24 hours away at time of booking.
